He is survived by: his children, Steve West (Jo) of Grove, OK, Robyn Howell (Steve) of Broken Arrow, OK, Sandy Kirkpatrick (Jack) of Afton, OK and Rhonda Seward (Randy) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and three nieces.
