He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Frisbie and Crystal Frisbie (Adams); and his sisters, Thelma and Katherine (Joyce). He is survived by:, Penny Frisbie (Richard Perez) of Belton, MO, Tamora Parlett (Michael) of Grove, OK and Douglas Frisbie of Rich Hill, MO. He is also survived by his many friends and family members.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, all donations be made to The American Legion Post 178 in Grove.
