He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Dawson and Lula Dawson (Edwards); and his siblings, Lyndon Dawson, F. M. Dawson and Margaritte Whittington.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Dawson; his children, Carlene Lawson (Mike), Lisa Dodson (Pat) of Grove and Lyndon Dawson (Sheila) of Joplin, MO; and his brother Glen Dawson of Pleasant Hill, MO. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family requests donations in Ray's memory be made to First Baptist Church of Grove.
