It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Thompson (Grove, Oklahoma), born in Hiwasse, Arkansas, who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Banks and Mary Emma Woods Banks; her husband Clifford "Pepper" Thompson; and her siblings, Rex (Ruth Banks), Nell Phillips, Twins Lorene Nichols (Jean Cawood) and Dorothy Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Edwards (John); her grandchildren, Zach Edwards (Sarah) of Ft Smith, AR and Mallory Dean (Andrew) of Fayetteville, AR; and her great grandchildren, Ava Edwards, Reed Edwards, Grant Edwards, Anabelle Edwards, Avery Dean and Madelyn Dean.
