She was predeceased by: her parents, W. D. Mayes and Helen Mayes (McLain). She is survived by: her children, Thomas Hawkins (Jillian) of Grove and Cindy Hicks (Shawn) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and her brothers, Kenny Mayes of Tulsa and Robert Mayes of Oregon. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
