He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Muckey and Lola Muckey; his son Carl Padley; and his siblings, Richard Muckey and Kathy Jingles.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Muckey; his children, Gerald Padley, Ralph Padley of Edgewood and Linda Bowers of Coffeyville, Kansas.; and his siblings, Barbara of Denver, Deanna of Fort Smith, Pamela of Burkburnett, Carolyn, Steven of Dupont, Lois of Moriarty and Raymond of Edgewood. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
