She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Chartier; her daughter Patricia Chartier; her granddaughter Christa Chartier; her parents, John Hall and Ola Hall; and her siblings, Quanah Hall, Terry Sewell-Hall, Eddie Hall, Marion Hall and Jimmy Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Chartier (Chessie) of Garber and Cecil Chartier Jr.; her wife Sandra of Woodward; her siblings, Jacob Hall (Rose) of Enid, Cheryn Birkle of Perry and Audrey Martin (Mark) of Enid; and also, Jeff Chartier (Heather) of Grove and Sheila Hart (Rex) of Grove.
