Marcus James Marsh Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcus James Marsh (Grove, Oklahoma), born in Fresno, California, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 93. Mr. Marsh moved to this area from Washington State in 1962 with his family. He worked as a laborer at Moore's Manufacturing, Bagcraft and retired from Eagle Picher Fibrex Division.
Mr. Marsh was proceeded in death by his beloved wife Helen Louise Hamby in 2005 and his step-son Fred Pena in 2006. He is survived by a sister June Kellenbarger, Arizona, step-daughter Susie Smith and daughter Lisa Davidson, both of Wyandotte, son Justin Marsh of Anderson, granddaughter Paula Tunnell and grandson Dylan Davidson. Additional survivors include additional grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Grandpa Marc's favorite "little guy" was his youngest great great grandson "Jack" that he walked the dogs with.
Mr. Marsh was a devout Jehovah Witness and attended congregations in Joplin, Miami and most recently Grove.
A celebration of life service will be held via Zoom at a time to be announced by the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Grove Congregation.. A wake will be held on Sunday, August 29th 2021 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM for the Immediate Family at his Granddaughter's Paula Tunnell (Miami, Oklahoma).
