He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hay and Malinda Hay. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hay; his children, Terry Hay and Jana Hay; his stepson Tony Stafford; and his brothers, James Hay and Curtis Hay. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
