He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Hubler; and his children, Cheryl Boynton (Charlie) of Oklahoma City, Laura Schulte of Oklahoma City, Ron Northcutt of Edmond, Yolonda Zuck (Paul) of McCloud, Billy Ray Hodge of Langley and Kimberly Short of Murfreesboro.
