He is survived by: his parents, Jack Hines and Ida Hines (Newman); his siblings, Deanne Hulett, Katherine Dinkins and Donnie Hines; his wife Norma Hines; his children, Ken Hines (Lori) of Grove and Gina Moore (Robert) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Justin Moore, Kendra Shepard (Josh), Kristen Cross (Bryan) of Jenks, OK and Lauren Hines of Glenpool; and his great grandchildren, Serenity Shepard, Keegan Cross and Brooks Cross.
