She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Lewis; her children, David McCoy, Jr. and Mary Box; and her siblings, Carol Dugan, Walter Dugan and James Dugan.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Hebb, Jr. (Laura) of Mineral Wells, Linda and Aaron White of Grove, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Michael Ross (Cristie) of Sarcoxie, Johnna Hebb of Mineral Wells, Josh Ross of Diamond, Edward T. Hebb (Linda) of Wooster, Patrick McCoy of Lancaster, Renee Box of Joplin, Stephanie Smith (Daniel) of Bay St, A. J. Box of Columbus and Evan Hebb of Mineral Wells, Texas; and her sisters, Meta Blue of Newton and Patty Carter (Dennis) of Newton. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In-lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home.
