He is survived by: his wife Karen Waytausky (Lakes); and his children, Preston Martin Kellogg of Heiskell, TN, John Joseph Waytausky, Jr. of Chicago, IL, Dennis "Mike" Crowe of Richmond, IN, Aimee Neiburg of Webb City, MO and Karri Staples of Greenwood, IN. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
