He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elbert and Mary Elbert (Van Dorien); and his wife Linda Sue Tanner. He is survived by: his children, Angela Larey (Terry) of Grove, Kevin Elbert of Jay and Brian Elbert of Jay; his grandchildren, Katherine Larey, Dakota Larey, Cheyenne Elbert and Hunter Elbert; and his great grandchild Michael Findley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
