He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Maike and Alice Ann Maike (Rau); and his sons, Jim Maike and Kevin Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Maike (Phipps); his children, David Maike of Warsaw, Teresa Homeyer (Mark) of St. George, Mike Rogers (Paula) of Osceola and Terri Rogers (David Webster) of Osceola; and his brother Bob Maike. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
