He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Hale and Grace Hale; and his brother George. He is survived by: his brother Jim; his wife JoAnn Moffitt; his children, Ronda Seidenberger (Steve) of Eucha, OK, Letaza Dutton (James) of Tulsa, OK, Harlin Hale (Jennifer) of Colcord, OK and David Hale (Jennifer) of Grove, OK.; his siblings, Darlene Sanders (Larry) of Grove, Pauline Hale (Jim Corbridge) of Grove, Carl Hale (Sue Beth) of Tulsa and Bill Hale (Renee) of Zena; and his stepchildren, Lori Futhey of Grenola, KS and David Lazelle of Bogulusa, LA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
