He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Buneta and Mary Buneta (Kingsland). He is survived by: his wife Polly Anna Buneta; his children, Jon Buneta, Roger Mirabella and Tami Mirabella; his siblings, Martin "Bear" Buneta and Melody Buneta-Nichols; and his grandchildren, Emmy, Rachael, Tori, Nathan, Tyler, Kaylee and Elyse.
Memorial donations can be made in Jack's name to the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society.
