She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Don Swayze of Sapulpa, OK and Terry Lynn Connell of Grove, OK; her grandmother Jean Connell of Coweta, OK; her mother-in-law Betty Vanderpool of Grove, OK; her husband Kevin Jackson of Grove, OK; her children, Colby Leevi Bostater of Grove, OK, Alex Jackson of Grove, OK and Emilee Marie Finke of Kansas; her grandchildren, Krisiliy Trujillo of Grove, OK, Draven Trujillo of Grove, OK, Jeramias Trujillo of Grove, OK and Tatum Johnson of Grove, OK; her siblings, Dottie Trujillo of Grove, OK, Andrea (James), Angela (Cory Sales) of Sand Springs, OK, Chris Swayze (Sierra) of Sand Springs, OK and Jesse Swayze (Shannon) of Sapulpa, OK; and her stepbrother Jeff Wells (Summer) of Cherry Valley, California. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews extended family and friends.
