She is survived by: her parents, John Ernest Hall and Sallie Belle Brown Hall; her children, Janell Martin Hestand, Karen Kay Martin Spence, Mark Alden Martin, Jacquie Martin Cardone, Janeen Martin Spuler, Gary Neil Martin, Pattie Martin Techanchuk, Michael Zahn Martin, Joan Martin Dixon and Steven Spencer Martin; and also Arthur Lloyd Martin.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, Hazel Martin has requested that all donations be directed to the purchase of bibles.
