She was predeceased by: her parents, Damon Coy and Ola Mae Nichols (Hanna); her husband Sanford "Sonny" Marion Bowen, Jr.; her sons, Marion Randall Bowen and Joseph Lee Bowen; and her siblings, Coy Nichols, William Joseph (Nichols), Robert James "Com" Nichols, John Henry Nichols, Wanda Nichols Baldwin, Ann Nichols Campbell, Jean Nichols McNelis and Janice Nichols Trask.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Ray Bowen (Lucille) of Fort Worth, TX and Shelly Ann Bowen Ligon (Randy) of Grove, OK. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
