He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Palmer and Maxine Palmer (Ferrell). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Palmer; his children, Gary Palmer (Andrea) and Laura Weaver; his grandchildren, Aaron Palmer, Kirsten Landenberger, Kaden Palmer and Keaton Palmer; his great grandchild Haddie Landenberger; and his siblings, Bennett Palmer, Keith Palmer, Tod Palmer and Mary Ellen Polk.
