She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Rex of West Siloam, OK; her granddaughter Crystal McDonagh (Andrew) of Springdale, AR; her great grandchildren, Beck and Lyla McDonagh of Springdale, AR; her sister Brenda Deason of Jay, OK; and her son-in-law Wayne Chestnut of Rogers, AR. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
