He is survived by: his wife Donna Adair; and his children, Jeannie Blaine of New Jersey, Ed Blaine of New Jersey, Randy Blaine of Grove, Bill Beever (Tammy) of Cave Springs, MO, Nathan Blaine (Candice) of Grove and Vincent Blaine of Cleora, OK. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
