He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elijah Butler and Clara May Fields; and his cousins, Carol Ann and Larry Butler. He is survived by: his wife Sally Butler; his children, Terri Butler-McDowell, Michael Butler, Lisa Mantia Crawford, John Mantia and Chris Mantia; his brothers, John Butler and Bill Butler; and his cousin Gary Butler. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
