He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Noel and Ruthanna Noel; and his siblings, Claudia Ann Maxwell (Noel) and Dayton Scott Noel. He is survived by: his siblings, Cecily Kay Noel-Mahan of Overland Park, KS, Devin Noel (Crystal Noel) of Diamond, MO and Scott Noel-Barker (Cassidy Barker) of Webb City; and his close friend Huey Carrico of Joplin, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins.
