He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cordell Webber and Nellie Poplin; his wife Patty Jean Woolard; his daughters, Connie Cox (Roger) of Alabama and Cathy Evans (Carl) of Grove; his granddaughter Melissa Brickey (Charles) of Colorado; his great grandchild Ben Brickey; and his sister Beatrice Warren of Miami. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
