He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Cook (Curlee) of Afton, OK and Pat Cook; his half-sister Chelsea McEldowney of Vinita, OK; his aunts and uncles, David Cook, Scott Hilton, Raymond Cook, Steven Cook, Heather Cook, Carol Hilton and Marlene Gann; his cousins, Dayla Marney, Randa Cook, Dalton Hilton, Hayden Cook, Katie Hilton, Coby Hilton and Spencer Cook; his niece Nyla Wright; and his stepfather Steven Bassett.
