He is survived by: his wife Maxine Joseph (Meeker); his siblings, Ruby Lawson of Springdale, Arkansas, Otto Patrick Herring of Washington State, Bill Stepp of Springdale, Arkansas, Brenda Dowell of Springdale, Arkansas, Patsy Jones of Springdale, Arkansas, Sharon Pettijohn of Springfield, Missouri, Debbie Hillbrant of Boaz, Alabama and Chuck Joseph of Boaz, Alabama; his son Paul Joseph (Shirley) of Grove, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Andrew Joseph, Alexander Joseph and Jacqueline Barbee. He is also survived by loving relatives and loyal friends.
In lieu of flowers, David's family encourages donations to First Christian Church of Siloam Springs.
