He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Scoby and Darlene Irwin Scoby. He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Scarlett; his sons, Sam Scoby (Kim) of Kent, WA and Kurtis Scoby (Amanda) of Mount Vernon, WA; his grandchildren, Caroline, Anna and Allison Scoby; his siblings, Cheryl, Susan, Gary, Joyce, Nancy and Patty; and his uncles, Art and Don. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
