She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie J. Rafford and Fanny Charlotte Rafford (Strickland); her husband Fred Wilcox; her son Glen Gates; and her sister Gilda Rafford.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Gates (Missy) of Texas, Charlotte Gilbert (Larry) of Grove and Coreen Mosley (Michia) of Oklahoma; and her sister Peggy Ann Rafford.
