He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Elliott and Hazel Elliott (Stogsdill); his wife Jewel Tanner-Elliott; and his siblings, Bill Elliott and Donna Kay.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Cliff Tanner (Traci) and Roger Tanner (Janet). He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
