She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hessee, Glenda Buchite (Phil), Kenny Blake (Janie), Russell Blake (Kathy), Mark Blake and Laurinda Davis (Thomas); her grandchildren, Nathan Blake (Shiloh), Joni Blake, Emiley Yousey (BJ), John Spurling (Jamie), Jeffrey Davis (Bree), Amanda Hinkle (Jeff), Chris Spurling (Brandi), Randi Davis and Austin Davis (Theresa); her great grandchildren, Chandler, Samantha, Elowen, Zachary, Aleasha, Meghan, Lexie, Bentley, Wyatt, Doc and Rowdy; and her great great grandchild Bryer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
