He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Speer and Hessie Speer (Helm); his wife Teresa Speer; and his brothers, Frank, Charles, Gary and David Speer.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis and Jarrod Speer; his grandchildren, Tyler, Shelby and Sidney Speer; and his siblings, Dewayne, Fred Speer and Brenda Craig.
