He is survived by: his wife Venita; his daughters, Diane Wilkie of Grove, Cathy Oliver of Bethany, OK and Mary Coffey of Covington, VA; and his siblings, Gary Simmons of Stephen Port, KY and Clarene Simmons of Tulsa. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
