He was predeceased by: his parents, Garl Marvin and Joan Forney (Weygandt); his brother Scott Forney; and his grandparents, Fred, Ella Mae Forney, Jack and Regina Weygandt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Michael Forney (Amber) of Greenfield, OK, Ja'nette Lokey (Aaron) of Chickasha, OK and Kyla Jacobs of El Reno, OK; his grandchildren, Rayna Adair (Bryan), Kaston Lokey (Taylor), Lexi Pendleton, Mikey Forney, Jr., Xander Jacobs and Xaiden Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Blakelyn Adair, Rylan Adair, Annsley Lokey and Garrett Lokey; and his siblings, Jack Forney (Sheila) of Fay, OK and Beverly Yost (Den) of Kingfisher, OK. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
