He is survived by: his wife Barbara Underwood; his children, Liana Underwood, Anthony Gossman of Oklahoma City, OK, Jamie Brewer and Kori of Chickasha, OK; his grandchildren, Bailey Underwood of Oklahoma City, OK, Jakob Warkentin of Choctaw, OK, Jakson Warkentin of Oklahoma City, OK and Kayli Brewer of Chickasha, OK; and his brother Marvie Underwood (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends.
