He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Neely and Helen Neely (Schaffer); and his grandson Michael Neely. He is survived by: his friends, Mike and Kaye Base; his wife Rosemary Neely of Geary, OK; his children, Randy Neely (Vanda) of Ponca City, OK, Valerie Cubbage (Todd) of Charlotte, NC, Brian Neely of Geary, OK and Monica Neely (Grady Lembke) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Blaine Leggett, Neely Leggett, Jackson Cubbage, Graham Lembke and Hannah Lembke; and his siblings, Donna Kohl of Watonga, OK and David Neely (Patty) of Woodward, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Geary (307 W Main St, Geary, OK 73040).
