He was predeceased by: his father Lester Phillips; and his grandparents, Charlie, Bell Phillips, Frosty and Myrtle Black.
He is survived by: his mother Grace Phillips Wallace (Black) of Greenfield, OK; and his brothers, Luther Phillips of Bessemer, AL, Doyle Phillips of Watonga, OK and Daniel Phillips of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
