She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Crump and Cora Bell Crump (Sullivan); her sons, Michael Dale Milligan, David Alan Milligan, Daniel Leon Atchley and Richard Milligan; and her siblings, Nell, Pat Blain, Willis Crump and Jack Crump.
She is survived by: her husband Gearld Gates; and her children, Tammy Martin and Darryl Scott Milligan (Lori). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
