He is survived by: his wife Nancy Von Warren; his children, Karen Denise Locklear (Ben) and Perry Allen Warren (Kim); his brother Ronald Warren; his sister-in-law Shirle Millstead (Chet); his grandchildren, Benji Locklear (Jennifer), Jenny Robinson (David), Ilia Fields, Blake Allen Warren (Tessa) and Taylor Ryans; his great grandchildren, Matthew Flores, Sierra Vahalik (Rhome), Kolby Robinson, Chloe Fields, Ryker Richard, Madilyn Von Warren, Jaydi Joslyn and Chris Mireles; and his nieces and nephews, Skip Caid (Debra), Sandy Thornbrough (Roy), Chuck Millstead (Frankie), Rick Perry (Phyllis), Lesa Young (Ian), Brenda Holmes (Don), Gary Clark (Teri), Jimmy Don Millstead, Ken Warren (Becky), Jay Millstead (Janie), Jill Reneau (Barry), Wes Warren (Kristi) and Kimberly Teltow (Tom).
