He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Babek and Anna Babek (Gelnar); and his brothers, Leon and Paul. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Babek and Jeff; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Babek; his granddaughters, Kaycee of Meeker, Oklahoma. and Annsley Babek of Meeker, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Joann Davis of Edmond, Agnes Sewell of Granite and Ernest Babek of Granite. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
