He is survived by: his mother Juanita Joyce Tatum (Ferguson) of Grandfield, OK; his wife Christy Merhoff; his children, Kelton Tatum and Kylynn Tatum of Duncan, OK; his father Arthur Tatum; his sister Tonya Gilbreath (Shane) of Fletcher, OK; his siblings-in-law, Debbie, Mike House of Harbor Beach, MI, Kyle and Mary Merhoff of Greensburg, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Shauni Gilbreath, Ashlind, Jake Moir, Wyatt, T. House, Dylani House, Braiden, Makenna, Jace, Dalyn and Riatt Merhoff. He is also survived by family members and close friends.
