He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Haman and Elizabeth Haman; his brother Alex; and his sister-in-law Vivian. He is survived by: his children, Lori Stekly (William), Lisa Farquharson (Sean), Shane Haman (Sarah) and Scott Haman (Na); his grandchildren, Mikaela, Faith, Savanna, Dylan, Kyler, Arriana, Ocean, Claire, Amelia, Justin and Destiny; his great grandchild Jaxon; his siblings, John (Evelyn), Verena (Fritz) and Linda (Bob); and his sister-in-law Janice.
