Though Peggy has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wells and Hanna Wells (Baker); her husband Nathan "Strawberry" Jett; and her granddaughters, Amanda Dawn and Amber Denise Jett.
She is survived by: her children, Nathan "Mike" Jett (Amanda) of Velma, Scott Jett (Sharon) of Velma, Tom Jett of Velma, Mark Jett of Duncan, Aaron Jett of Comanche and Diane Thrailkill of Velma. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Velma Chapel. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Countyline First Baptist Church (1906 Countyline Rd, Graham, OK 73437).
