He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Geis and Helen Geis; his siblings, Lamar and Deloris Whittington (Roy); and his niece Sherry Whittington.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Kevin (Christie) of Oklahoma City, OK and Steven (Cynthia) of Corinth, TX.; his grandchildren, James of Oklahoma City, OK, Justin of Oklahoma City, OK, Emmalee of Oklahoma City, OK, Kaylee of Oklahoma City, OK, Brayden of Corinth, TX, Dallin of Corinth, TX and Savanna of Corinth, TX; and his brother Leslie (Butch) of Shawnee, OK. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
