He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Collins (Smith); his children, Lisa Collins of Gore, OK and Timothy Collins of Gore, OK; his grandchildren, Chase Powell, Brittany of Gore, OK, Morgan Harris, Nolan of Gore, OK, Connor Rodden of Gore, OK and Aubrey Hales of Gore, OK; his great grandchildren, Kyndall Powell, Brayleigh Powell, Kynsleigh Powell and Alex Harris; and his siblings, Wanda Risley of Blackgum, OK and Irvin Collins of Blackgum, OK. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
