He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Gates (Thumper), Cindi Smith (Jack Wiggins) and Chrissy Jones (Joe Pat); his grandchildren, Nathan Gates (Kylee), Darian Flanagan (Chris), Madelyn Flanagan, Stormie Knowlton and Josey Jones; his great grandchildren, Frankie, Maysen and Isaac Knowlton; his siblings, Don Carter (Janis) of Gore, Larry Carter (Carolyn) of Gore, Oklahoma, Evelyn Klucevsek (Frank) of Chouteau, Linda Neer of Gore and Judy Merrill (Steve) of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Louise Carter of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma; his aunt Lena Risley of Vian, Oklahoma; his uncle James Carter (Mary); and his nephews, Jeff Carter, Jerome Carter, Kelly Hickelheim, Frank Klucevsek IV, Justin Carter, Kevin Carter Springer and Adam Klucevsek. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
