He is survived by: his wife Linda McCulley (Nofire); his children, Frank Ryan McCulley of Shawnee, OK and Kaylyn McCulley of Tulsa, OK; his stepsons, Ryan Adair of Sallisaw, OK and Chad Adair of Sallisaw, OK; his grandson Steeler Adair; his siblings, Lottie Mae Coody (Harold) of Wewoka, OK, Evelyn Barron of Shawnee, OK, William McCulley (Roberta) of Tahlequah, OK, Marilyn Moore of Midwest City, OK and Coleen McCulley of Albuquerque, NM; and his pet Jack Thomas McCulley. He is also survived by grandchildren; 5 bonus great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
