He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maggie Shade, Tommy, Henry and John Shade The. He is survived by: his son Earnest Shade of Kansas; his grandchildren, Cortney, Little Earnest, Devonte and Zoey; and his sisters, Rosie Morris of Sallisaw, OK and Sally Chisum of Gore, OK. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
