He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Kelly Terrill of Gore, OK; and his sisters, Kathie Johnson of Keys, OK, Valerie Wall of Cleveland and Anna Bennett of Okmulgee, OK. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
